Just before the end of the season, we will meet again in Serifos for the last  Body & Mind Reset Weekend of this year. Breath & Mindfulness will be the main focus of this program. During these three days, we will team up with our partner & certified fitness coach, Eftihia Gianoglou, for exclusive Pilates sessions.  During the last day, we will either visit the local winery or the new museum of Serifos depending on the public vote of the group. Guests will stay in unique Cycladic houses. This program is designed for practitioners of any level.
The pricing of our program includes return ferry tickets, private transfer while in the island, daily breakfast in local restaurants, and all the sessions of the retreat.
